Cow Gets New Limb & New Life
TWO weeks ago, four-year-old Ruben Baptiste suffered a mild stroke as a result of his battle with sickle cell anaemia. While he was hospitalized, his pet cow was also in distress. Two-year-old Girly had lost the lower part of a hind leg to rope burn and, hopping around on three legs, was also due to deliver a calf.
